Budget:

₹3,50,000 (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

Scope of Work:

The developer will design, develop, and deliver five mobile applications using the Flutter framework. These applications include:

1. Taxi Booking App

   • Core Features:
     1. Real-time GPS tracking for users and drivers.
     2. Ride booking, fare estimation, and payment integration.
     3. Driver and user ratings and reviews.
     4. Push notifications for booking confirmations and updates.
   • Admin Panel:
     • Real-time monitoring of driver status and user activities.
     • Management of fares, driver profiles, and transaction history.

2. Doctor Appointment Booking App

   • Core Features:
     1. User profile creation with medical history and appointment tracking.
     2. Search functionality for doctors by specialty, location, and ratings.
     3. Online booking system with real-time availability updates.
     4. Integration of a secure payment gateway for appointment fees.
   • Admin Panel:
     • Doctor profile management, availability scheduling, and payment tracking.

3. Fantasy Sports App

   • Core Features:
     • User registration and login through social media or email.
     • Team creation and participation in fantasy leagues.
     • Real-time updates on player performance, scores, and leaderboards.
     • Payment gateway integration for joining contests and withdrawals.
   • Admin Panel:
     • Contest management, user analytics, and score tracking.

4. E-Commerce App (with Firebase Integration)

   • Core Features:

Timeline:

The project will be completed in 20 weeks, with the following breakdown:

3. Week 13-16: Development phase for the e-commerce apps (with Firebase).
4. Week 17-18: Integration, testing, and debugging.
5. Week 19-20: Deployment and post-launch support.

Payment Terms:

1. 20% advance payment upon signing the contract.
2. 30% after completing the development phase of the first three apps (Taxi, Doctor Appointment, Fantasy).
3. 30% after completing the development phase of the e-commerce apps.
4. 20% upon successful deployment and post-launch support initiation.

Post-Launch Support:

The developer will provide three months of post-launch support, which includes:

1. Bug fixes and technical support.
2. Minor updates to the app based on user feedback.
3. Assistance with Firebase integration, if needed.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights for the developed applications, including the source code, design files, and associated documentation.

Termination Clause:

• Either party may terminate the contract with a 15-day written notice.
• In the case of termination, the client will pay for work completed up to the termination date, and the developer will provide all deliverables completed by that point.

Confidentiality Clause:

The developer agrees to keep all proprietary information related to the project confidential and will not disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of the client.

इन्वेंट्री नियंत्रण, लेन-देन इतिहास और ग्राहक सेवा उपकरण।

समयरेखा:

1. परियोजना 20 सप्ताह में पूरी हो जाएगी, जिसका विवरण निम्नलिखित है:

भुगतान शर्तें:

1. अनुबंध पर हस्ताक्षर करने पर 20% अग्रिम भुगतान।
2. पहले तीन ऐप्स (टैक्सी, डॉक्टर अपॉइंटमेंट, फ़ैंटेसी) के विकास चरण को पूरा करने के बाद 30%।
3. ई-कॉमर्स ऐप्स के विकास चरण को पूरा करने के बाद 30%।
4. सफल परिनियोजन और लॉन्च के बाद समर्थन आरंभ होने पर 20%।
5. लॉन्च के बाद समर्थन:
6. डेवलपर लॉन्च के बाद तीन महीने का समर्थन प्रदान करेगा, जिसमें शामिल हैं:

8. उपयोगकर्ता फ़ीडबैक के आधार पर ऐप में मामूली अपडेट।
9. यदि आवश्यक हो तो फ़ायरबेस एकीकरण में सहायता।

बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार:

पूर्ण भुगतान के पश्चात, क्लाइंट के पास विकसित अनुप्रयोगों के लिए बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार होंगे, जिसमें स्रोत कोड, डिज़ाइन फ़ाइलें और संबंधित दस्तावेज़ शामिल हैं।

समाप्ति खंड:

कोई भी पक्ष 15-दिन के लिखित नोटिस के साथ अनुबंध समाप्त कर सकता है।

समाप्ति के मामले में, क्लाइंट समाप्ति तिथि तक पूर्ण किए गए कार्य के लिए भुगतान करेगा, और डेवलपर उस बिंदु तक पूर्ण किए गए सभी डिलीवरेबल्स प्रदान करेगा।

गोपनीयता खंड:

डेवलपर परियोजना से संबंधित सभी स्वामित्व संबंधी जानकारी को गोपनीय रखने के लिए सहमत है और क्लाइंट की पूर्व लिखित सहमति के बिना किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष को ऐसी कोई भी जानकारी प्रकट नहीं करेगा।
