OptiTask Projects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team. The Project Management Officer (PMO) will be responsible for supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Track project progress and update project documentation as needed.
Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and roadblocks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Previous experience in project coordination or administration preferred.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
