Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients or external stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different departments or disciplines, including engineering, marketing, finance, and operations, to achieve project objectives.
Conflict Resolution: Skill in identifying and resolving conflicts or disagreements within the project team or between stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Contract Management: Familiarity with contract negotiation and management processes, including defining terms, reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Resource Allocation: Experience in allocating resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet project requirements and optimize project outcomes.
Vendor Management: Ability to select, onboard, and manage external vendors or subcontractors, ensuring that they deliver quality work within established timelines and budgets.
